In excellent condition. We played in the afternoon, got a much better deal on price and the course was mostly empty. Not too difficult. Tons of bunkers, very deep, especially the fairway bunkers. If you avoid the bunkers, I found the fairway to be reasonably wide. On the edge of each hole is desert landscape. It’s very hard packed but usually slopes back towards the course which funnels the ball back into a decent spot. Would definitely play here again.
