Great price for green fee and the cart. Greens and fairways are not taken care of. It is a difficult course even more difficult due to the condition of the course. Still a good place to practice.

Course is in bad shape. Can't see where to hit tee shots get punished for good shots hit in fairways.

I did play the course during winter, so the fairways are browned out. If you don't land the fairway, good luck! A lot of damaged fairways are due to water runoff. No GPS on carts, and no windshield either, so dress in layers if playing in the morning.
