The property has gone down the drain. The prices change all the time. The greens are horrible, and the sand bunkers are full of rocks. One good thing I can say about this place is that you can always get a teetume, no matter what.

Course is a bit beat up and dry. Sands are hard dirt.

Needs to be worked on. Greens are in rough shape, lots of mud patches and sand is like concrete

First time here. Great executive course especially for beginners and folks returning to golf after a long layoff. Wide fairways/landing zones but greens are protected by bunkers, some very large. They will get your ball if you hit an errant tee or approach shot. There’s even a bunker in the middle of a large green! I kid you not. Will definitely return.

Ehh.. Good in a pinch but not my favorite

Bixby is a fun little 9 hole course. Bunker placements are challenging and few water hazards. Quick play as it’s not crowded. If you have a strong short game this course is perfect. You MUST eat the burgers at the restaurant after, they’re almost as good as an ace would be
