Great little 3 par. Can play slowly at the wrong times but can also play uninhibited much of the time. The trees can make it much more difficult than it seems. A fun place to take a non golfer or to work on your short game.

Need to improve pace of play for slower players. People jumping holes and playing multiple balls ruins the experience.
