Pace of play was a little slow today but still good!

For a municipal course, greens have some good breaks not the usual straight at it. Fairways are usually crisp and greens in great conditions. Decent lengthy course.

Madera Muni is a solid course with big fairways where you can really let the driver rip. The greens are large and pretty slow, and the bunkers are usually on the firm side. Never feel rushed out here — tee times are spaced well and pace of play is chill. Great spot for beginners or improving players. Just avoid when the high schools are playing; if so, start on the back nine. Overall, always a fun and relaxed round.

Course was super wet. Ton of grounds workers all over the place.
