As of November 28th, Palms course is in great shape. Fairways are lush and alive, greens are medium fast, and overall pace of play was consistent. Tee boxes were also flat and well maintained.

Really good and fun course. Bunkers are the only complaint. They are rock solid in the fairways and muddy next to the greens.
