Horrible green conditions. Sand traps mostly clay with a thin layer of sand. Greens were full of ball marks.

Excellent course. Beautiful views. Course in great shape. Only beef I have… the bunkers are muni-like. I had higher bunker expectations for a $465 per round course. Stay out of the bunkers!
