(Executive course) The course is rough! Mostly mat tees. Walk only, and the paths can be precarious. This course is, for the most part, very short. The longest hole is around 170 yards. But get as short as 70 yards. Only one bunker. The difficulty comes from the thin course and tiny greens and incline of the course. It's priced for value. I only had one other group playing.

Fairways and greens were in very poor condition. Greens were lumpy and fairways were cooked.

You can tell this was a really nice course back in the day, grass is dry in a lot of areas and pace of play was ridiculous. There was a group holding up people taking almost 15 shots per hole caused a really bad delay
