I love this course because the greens are fantastic and fast. I don't mind the poor conditions in the fairway and rough -that's a trade-off for an affordable muni links course with awesome greens. When the wind picks up, it's extra challenging.

Course itself is in good condition and layout pretty interesting but pace of play on a Saturday afternoon is horrendous. It also gets super windy. Would not recommend.

Muddy in many areas. Greens were not bad but the fairways are unkept.
