Inconsistent greens. Front 9 poorly kept along with ball markers smothering the greens. $55 for a 12:21 Tee time was expected but not nearly worth a penny over that due to the slow play & bunkers that might as well be kept as piles of gravel. Had very high expectations but conditions are just as bad as Trilogy in Rio Vista
