The course has good bones but needs a lot of work. Looked great years ago but seems the place is going to waste. The carts were old with holes in the seats. Tee boxes for the Palmer tees were uneven and annoying to deal with.

Some areas need maintenance

Played after a major storm with slight drizzle. Greens were great. The entire course was fun and challenging with great usage of the hillside architecture. Great views as well. Favorite tee was 14
