Greens in pretty bad condition. The rest of the course is in pretty good condition. Good value for this type of course

Greens need work. Grass is Tall on the greens and in the rough. Clumps of grass from not being mowed enough. Rental clubs are pretty shitty but awsome to walk 9 on a work trip with no clubs for $25!
