Pretty good fairways. The water smells and it’s very dirty though. Geese kept stealing my balls. The greens were pretty well kept, and the course is great for beginners

Played the Victoria Lakes course on 8/30/25. The overall condition was terrible. Nearly every fairway had 1” of dead cut grass on top. The greens were not cut well, bumpy and slow. The edges of many greens were under construction with newly laid sod. I expect a slow pace at a public course on a weekend, however this was ridiculously slow with two foursomes waiting on several holes. I will never play this course again.

As of 7/9/2025, the fringe around most holes is completely dirt no grass on some parts of fringe, hole 9 has the worst green I’ve seen in a while with sand patches with no grass growing in it, and it hasn’t been trimmed so it’s like putting through carpet. Fairways are decent i like the grass in em. Hole layout and architect is super cool just wish it was better kept.
