Very nice course. The residents/members of the country club are extraordinary rude. They hit right up on to you. I was almost hit by a group of 6 older women, each had their own (private) cart. Let them pass but being behind a group of 6 with 6 carts slows the games down.
Had a group of 4 behind us that would tee off almost immediately after we did. Very rude members.
Course is difficult. Roughs are desert and very easy to lose your ball.

Pace of Play is good, lots of people let you play thru
Miss the fairway and you will be in trouble

Course has been taken over by a new manager and conditions are greatly improved. Nice clubhouse restaurant with daily and weekly specials. Food is outstanding. Recommend

This course just opened to the Public. I'm not a good player but I love golf. This course is the worst course in the AV area. The members are extremely rude to nonmembers, the course is way worse condition than Desert Aire and way more strict than any golf course I've been on. Never golfing here again. They should of stayed closed to the public, they did us a favor
