Unlevel tee boxes, lot's of dry spots or dirt on the fairways, very hard sand in traps

Great course. But one major thing: THEY TURN ON SPRINKLERS DURING PLAY. Me and my friends had a tee time 7:10am on a Sunday. We were at hole 2 or 3 and sprinklers suddenly turned on hitting the fairway to the green. We waited and it turned off. Then we were on the green and suddenly it turned on again! Our carts were in the cart path and the sprinklers sprayed all over our carts and all that was in it! I don’t understand why they would do this without any warning!
