We stumbled onto the best day of the year, 70° and sunny, 8 am tee time, finished up at 12:35 PM, we definitely waited for the group in front of us at times, and had a group on our back on most fairways, on a beautiful Sunday morning curve, that’s five stars for my expectations. Greens were soaked on holes one through three and played extremely slow and sped up through the day until they were absolutely perfect for the last 7 to 8 holes. Overall, the value and quality are unbeatable.

The entire course was shaggy. Fairways and tee boxes were overgrown. Greens were sanded and shaggy at the same time. Poppy Ridge in Livermore is in much better condition and cheaper.
