Fun layout. Good value but the fairways were mostly dead grass with some dirt mixed in. Biggest issue was the tee box inconsistency. Some were nice, while others were dirt and long crab grass. Definitely worth a look if you get a good deal but honestly you are better off waiting for winter and hope this course finally gets some water.
