For the cost ($150) it's not worth going. We got there an hour before our 9am tee time to find out the driving range doesn't open till 9. 10 or so of the tee boxes were marshy, the fairways were a mix of well kept or lots of dead grass. The course was very pretty and has a lot of potential. No waters stations at the tee boxes to refill along the way. No cart person coming around to purchase snacks or beverages. (this could have been because it was a Sunday) Staff was all very nice though.

Talega is a great course. Used to be the best deal for twilight but with the recent price hikes, it is comparable to almost every other decent full length course. Biggest complaint with Talega is the bunkers. I’d still give it 5 stars if they maintained them. Least they could do with the price increases.

Nice challenging layout no Marshall control slow pace of play but overall nice course with friendly staff.

Really hard course. Like the hardest course I’ve ever played. Greens are in good shape, fairways too. Tee boxes could use some love. Won’t be coming back for a while purely because it’s so dam hard and a bit too expensive for me.
