Good: greens are lush and flawless, very receptive to mid and long irons and that’s it. BAD: Overpriced, no water in the course coolers, bunkers are dirt.. Fairways are baked with a fungus that’s killing all the rye/fescue. They’re trying to introduce kikuyu grass but that’ll take a year or so to fill in. Where’s JC golf money at? They need it. NOT WORTH THE $100+ price tag!
