Great value of a course and is challenging enough. For a 9 hole course provides a lot of different shot options.

Very narrow with a good amount of elevation change. Front 9 you’re kinda down in a valley, back 9 you’re up on top. Usually in pretty good condition, can get a little slow on the weekends.

No course management. Can be great, or can wait on groups ahead with a pace of 13 holes after 4 hours....
