Greens & Fairways are for the most part excellent. Outside of fairways the conditions are terrible. The course is most definitely over priced for being a country club.

Greens are kept in excellent condition year round. Fairways are generally narrow and grass surface varies in places. Rough can be tough and is close to many greens. Expect to lose a ball or three. Bunkers are well maintained. Members and staff take care of the course. Fast pace is the norm
