It’s a busy muni course. Greens get beat up. Pace of play on weekends can be frustrating, specially on the 2nd hole where it’s common to see 3 groups waiting to tee up. The bunkers are hardpan and can have pools of water in the morning because of poor drainage. Other than that it’s a good course for regular golfers

I love this course I just do think it’s a little pricey for the course/ condition itself.. but nonetheless it’s a great time, you and your buddies will love it.

After the summer season, the course is trash right now. Half of the tee boxes are uneven, you usually have to tee off with ball above/under your feet. People not repair ball marks and this causes the green to be the surface of moon. It’s hard for ball to go on line. Overall good value for beginners, but please fix the tee boxes.

Poorly maintained, inconsistent course. For the price you're better off at any other course in the area. Only plus is the range.

Clubhouse tends to cram players onto the course. It’s a muni so you do get what you pay for: players with slow play and poor etiquette. The conditions are actually pretty good though for a muni. Occasionally you’ll run into some ding dongs who play loud music, don’t rake their bunkers, and hit into the greens when you haven’t left. They have a great driving range, practice bunker, chipping green, and putting greens.
