It’s a typical Muni….got some rough holes but otherwise a pleasant spot. Pretty flat and open for the most part.

It’s a busy muni course. Greens get beat up. Pace of play on weekends can be frustrating, specially on the 2nd hole where it’s common to see 3 groups waiting to tee up. The bunkers are hardpan and can have pools of water in the morning because of poor drainage. Other than that it’s a good course for regular golfers
