Course was in bad shape , dead grass all over the place Tee boxes would be a 1/10 . On value this is a horrible course $74 for 18+ cart on a horribly maintained course is outrages , pay the extra $20 and play wente or poppy ridge . Finally nothing like “club members “ driving up to your ball on the 14th and picking it up saying “ we have a club members tournament only pick up and wait for us “ oh Kyle you miserable balding 40 something … enjoy your amazing membership at Tracy ….

I really enjoy this course, its friendly, its not too hard. I think condition is OK for the price range.

Overpriced course. Their twilight rate is about what the course is worth. But don’t count on finishing as the rate doesn’t start until 2 hours before dark. Also don’t count on being able to use a cart this course for some reason only seems to use a small amount of the carts they have. When paying $60 per round you should be able to tell where the fairway ends and rough begins

Very solid course for the price.
