Playable, though it could use some work.  Difficulty: 2/5. Easy, but fine for practice rounds. Pace of Play: 2/5. Slow at times, but you get to relax.  You can show up and play without a tee time, which is great for impromptu rounds. Grab a beer, hit the greens with your buddies, and enjoy the day. The practice area is also solid.
