Slowest course I have ever played

Played here on a Saturday afternoon. The round took 5 hours, but the conditions of the fairways and greens were well-kept.

Value was good because of the discount for aerated greens. However when we checked in they asked for the normal fees and said nobody told them about the discount. We showed the confirmation email (we booked on their site) and the price was adjusted. 👀 Take what you want from that… They were behind so we teed off 20 minutes late followed by 2.5 hours to get through first 5 holes. Tee time 1:46, actual 2:05, finish 7:50 (skipped last hole) Lacking a driving range but a beautiful course and C.H.

Was disappointed to hear that Eagle Glen ownership changed the tee times from 10 minutes to 8 minutes apart in January 2025. We played a 5+ hour round today. Love this course, but will think twice about playing here on the weekend! They should go to 12 minutes apart on tee time and charge more in green fees. Greed by the course owner will eventually force golfers to play elsewhere.
