Played this course a year ago and it wasn’t too bad. This go around, it was very disappointing. Everything was good, but the greens are terrible. Seemed like the grass was infected. Even if you hit a perfect straight putt, the ball will dance all over. Not going back for until they fix that. Not worth the price.

Where do I begin? 76$ per person while multiple holes are under construction is laughable. Greens aren’t taken care of, they were gold and brown, my ball would jump up and down and sway right and left, and never stop unless hit a bump hard enough. There was a group of 7 in front of me and so not only was the entire course messed up, their booking management was awful. This course was for 30$ max. Never going back.

The greens on the course are absolutely terrible. There should be a warning about the amount of maintenance and construction going on. I feel absolutely terrible that I wasted my money to not even putt on an actual green today. Fairways are nice. We didn’t see one cart person the whole time we were out there but there was a drive through window at the turn. I really hope this course gets it together because I love this course. But I ain’t coming back until I hear some adjustments were made.

Course lay out is great but it’s dry and beat up.

Lone tree is great. East Bay feel, front 9 flat, back 9 hilly. Pretty wide open, some trees, some water but nothing scary. Course is soft but greens are very hard and fast.
