Greens are juvenile Bermuda so not a great pick as they die in the winter here and being under a year are even splotchier than typical. Course is fairly overpriced now due to the greens basically just being sand but should play nicer in a month or so when the weather picks up. Other than that it seems to get mowed regularly and is a challenging but not too challenging course as long as you stay on your fairway.
