Greens were very firm, fast, and BUMPY

Incredible value for residents. Greens are fast and ball breaks to ocean. Hard to hold the greens and read outs. Provides a great challenge. Views of the ocean on several holes. Par 3 15th could be one of the prettiest holes in southern California. Nice club house. Most golfers are local folks and care for the course and pace of play. Great place to hang out.
