Greatest public golf course in America lives up to its name. The views are almost overwhelming sometimes and it’s hard to focus. Highly recommend getting a caddy for the full Pebble experience (at all 3 courses tbh). Expect pace of play to be slow, people want to get their money’s worth.
As a golfer, I honestly liked Spyglass more. But Pebble is a must play course for every golfer. Send it, and don’t think twice abt the $$$
Went about a week after aeration. Greens were a little slower than they normally are and made the greens a bit harder for my caddy to read. It really wasn’t as challenging as I had envisioned. I thought the wind would have more impact. It did have a surprising impact, but not as crazy as I thought. Views were spectacular, Jerry F was my caddy and made the round memorable for sure. There was bunker work being done on 7 and made it just less than perfect. Overall, checked a giant box on my bucket list! Loved the entire day. Check out the shops, take the 17 mile drive, go hit the range and practice area. The cafe had a great Caesar wrap. The bag tag was a beautiful gift to take home. When my daughter is old enough, I’ll take her back to make the same memory.
