Need to deal with the bunkers. Needs maintenance. Too much shluff on the course. Mow the grass and keep the dead grass off the course.

The ratings are based on the current course conditions. The course held a lot of the water after the few days of down pour. Lift clean and place took care of it.
Played the course quickly over a weekday (3:15) walking. Helped when there is little traffic today.
Great course to work on the game.
