Seems like they haven’t maintained the course properly in years, some greens are half sand and dirt. I doubt they mow daily but I guess you don’t need to when your course is all dry and dead. The course is fairly short and easy, additionally the bunkers are so harden that the ball bounces out of them, which is a plus. The hole is clearly not cut daily or weekly as the grass grows over the edge into the cup. Not sure the owners really care but if u want some cheap and easily golf it’s good enough for the value. Side note: do not expect to get a cart here, they have 3-4 total and they are reserved for disabled golfers only so you will be walking unless you can prove you need one.
