Course conditions were pretty bad. Bunkers were literally full of dirt and rocks. Fairways were super dry. Greens were pretty nice overall. The tee boxes were pretty beat up, and some of them were just dirt, no grass at all. I actually really liked the design of the course, it just doesn’t seem to be maintained very well.

The pace of play has improved quite a bit. New starter and marshall seem to be helping.

People were hitting while we were on the fairway acting like it was our fault it was slow. We were playing at a good pace and still had to wait on the groups in front of us. Course is in decent condition but the management is pretty bad. They need to stop booking tee times 6 minutes apart and worry more about the condition of the course rather than just make more money. Tough course but fun!

Tea time at 2:12 got out at 6:30 stopped at 14 th hole. Waiting was terrible.

Tee times are scheduled with an 8 minute gap so it's a bit tight. The team ahead of us quit pretty early so the marshall kept harassing us to hurry up. According to the cart, the course should be completed in 4hrs 16 min. We finished earlier than that after being followed and monitored by the marshall for the last 9 holes. I would only recommend it if you play very fast.

Great course for the price.

Decent track in a nice area. The course was well maintained, but they allow overgrowth of crabgrass and this other weed (?) that grows in large clumps. Your ball is bound to come to rest under it. Makes it extremely difficult to hit any type of shot. I get it, bad shot and you’re in the rough, but this stuff is ridiculous. Greens, fairways and sand traps are in good shape. Tee boxes are in good shape, but they put tee markers at the edges of tee boxes so it screws with your stance. Strange.

Don’t play this place. Majority staff are terrible. Finished 3.5 hr pace and was still rushing us even though group behind was 2 holes behind. They put a note in google translator since they only speak Korean saying “if you’re playing at this pace you’re not welcome back.”

MARSHALS SUCK they rush you when you are keeping a good pace. Literally had people in front of us while we were being told to pick up the pace. Staff sucks

Not maintained at all, horrible greens and fairways

I wish I could give a zero for pace of play. Played this past weekend in the morning they had a full booked tee times 8 mins apart. The course added 3 more groups to the morning, apparently it was the owner/manager that put in these groups. Was able to tee off 30 minutes late and when starting it was a 6 hour round. Feels bad in paying for 65$ for 20 minutes a hole. The course was in some rough shape: tee boxes in bad shape and uneven, dirt everyone in fairways, and greens patching at best
