Played 9 holes yesterday. Greens were aerated. Sand all over the greens and fringe. Soil all around the greens. Back 9 is closed. Good thing is that if you do play, they give you a free round to use within the month. Just don’t expect pristine conditions or true rolling putts. This is the investment they have to make for a well maintained course in later months.

The course conditions has massively improved since the older reviews. The course already looks better since I played a few weeks ago. The greens keepers are working hard. The greens are in great condition — both the front and back. The ball rolls true. The challenge is in reading the slope correctly. The recent cart path only rule on almost every hole is helping the fairways heal. There are some par three tee boxes that need to be moved so you are not teeing off sand. Love the grass driving range to warm up. Can’t wait to see what it will look like by spring.

The greens are in good condition, fast and challenging. The fairways needs time to grow and heal. However it’s not all hard pan depending on where you land. I hope the new irrigation and sprinkler system will improve the fairway conditions. There are other courses that cost less and are in better condition in my opinion. With that said, I still enjoy the challenging layout, and sloping greens. They have removed many bunkers to make it much more enjoyable to play.
