Let me start with what a great course! I played this course back in 2006 and don't remember much besides that it is a hidden jewel. Myself and a couple friends went out to play since reopening and we're not let down. The course was in great condition considering it was shut down for a year or so but has rebound well. The pace of play was quick and easy going, get out here and play a round!
With the new owners, this course is incredible. One of the top (non tour) courses in Northern California. The course will either make you or break you but the wide open fairways, strategic placement of haz and sands, beautiful fairways and greens make this not only a fun and gorgeous course to play but also either a decently easy course or extremely hard course depending on the day. My only complaint is how crowded it is, but for the price, it’s really a good deal and worth the wait. Overall my new favorite course
