For a private club I was not impressed at all. Public courses I go to that get way more player traffic are in better condition. Huntington Club bunkers were hard sand, greens were all different speeds, two holes you drive your cart on the path by the green and find yourself staring down the barrel of the next hole's tee shot. Very unsafe, luckily both times the group ahead of us paused their tee shot for us to back up or pull forward out of the way. Course lined entirely by back yards. No views.
