Disclosure- last time I played here the course was in such bad condition I said I wouldn’t play it again. Played it again solely due to a round with cart being under $40. The course was in very good condition so it is now a great value. Major drawbacks… no driving range and no practice putting green. This makes no sense when you have ample space from the portion of the course you closed and let over grow

First time playing, place is ok for what it is. Retirement golf, with community. Greens rolled but seemed a little slow. Green to tee, force you to take a cart. Seemed like some holes play now different than the original design plan. Fairways good bunkers don’t hit into them they are kinda rough. Speaking of rough, if you miss the fairway by much your on the dirt. Very playable if you don’t have to drive to far. Staff is awesome. “Free” after round beer with every round. 👍

Course needs some work. Patchy fairways, same for greens. More sand on the tee box than there is in the bunkers. Pace of play was good. I o Lu saw a few other groups, generally took my time to play.
