Aerated greens, no one mentioned it. Sand everywhere except the sand traps, which were full of greenery.

Great 9 hole course for a great price. Currently renovating some tee boxes so they are playing some tees closer. But overall not too challenging but still has some tough spots here and there. No real worries about hitting into the nearby houses unless you really hook/slice. Even after some decent raint he last few days came out with pretty much no mud on my walking cart and pants. If you live close or need a nice twilight nine would definitely recommend.
