They let 3 groups with 5 out in front on a busy Saturday. All three groups out before 10:15. It killed the pace of play and all three groups were hacks, so it made for a frustrating round. If the groups were courteous and competent, the pace would not have been so severely impacted. Eh... it’s close and cheap, so I can’t complain that much.
