In the middle of a makeover I hope…. Sewer on course, more dirt, weeds and mud on green than grass. No info for holes so have you own prior to. Seems to have once been the place to be because the layout is awesome. But needs to be brought back to life. Stopped at 9 just to complete something.

Absolutely terrible course. The worst fairways and greens I’ve ever seen. Mostly dirt, mostly weeds, still charging full price. Robbery.

The course and cart path are not well maintained. The greens are unplayable.

This course is not worth playing again until they finish the ongoing construction. Greens are covered in mud or st Augustin. Some fairways looked like a dried riverbed. I played this course back in high school and it was a decent course then. I hope the new owners bring it back to life and leave it a public coursework. $36 for 18 with cart.

I’m telling you right now don’t waste your money…. $45 for this course is crazy. “The give you two free water bottles” with this price. No water stations on course. Also the tee boxes you need a hammer. The greens look so bad. There’s no irrigation on this course. They rely solely on rain in Texas 😂. This course should be $21. Staff was nice though.

Layout is awesome. Grass conditions bad bad. Puddles in the fairway make for a tough approach shot often.

This course has immense potential thanks to its topography, but is kept in absolutely terrible shape. The greens are practically unplayable, the fairways and tee boxes are disgusting. They appeared to be allowing walk-ins and overbooking the tees with solos and twosomes which made us feel stressed and pressed all day as a foursome. That being said, the price was low so you get what you pay for. Hope they shape it up because it could be a beautiful course.

Horrible, ball doesn’t go straight on green green has sandbox’s and the sandboxes have the green the rough is on the fairway. The rough is the fairway. It has beautiful views, but needs to fix on green sandboxes and Fairway.

Great Staff. My favorite course.

I keep going back to this course, usually thinking it can’t be in worse shape than the last time. But somehow it is always worse. The greens, the fairways, the tee box-always in worse shape than the last time I went. We haven’t had rain in a few weeks, and still everything was soggy and muddy. The greens hadn’t been mowed. THE GREENS hadn’t been mowed. In at least a week. Over 1” grass in spots on the greens and giant sandy areas. Really hard to tell where the fairway ended and the rough begins, not to mention the terrible ditches and ruts all over the fairways. The layout is great and it is a nice scenic course, but man…. Not even worth the reasonable price for me anymore. Maybe someday it will get better. I will probably never know, because I won’t be going back.
