Greens were pretty well maintained and very soft but ball marks all over because no one is repairing their divots. Also there is no grass other than the greens so anything off of the greens is pretty challenging to recover from. It’s certainly a test of your short game.

Fun little course! Greens are very soft, and anything off the green is pretty thick. Made short game a little challenging.
