Cart paths need a little work and several tee boxes were in pretty bad shape. When you have to move up a tee box due to the ground being so hard, that's saying something. Overall course is in good shape. Greens were hard and fast.

Greens were in the best shape I’ve seen since living in TX (been 8 years).

Course is in great condition. Pace of play was horrible. 5 1/2 hours for a threesome. Was backed up from the turn on with no marshalls anywhere to monitor place of play. Cart tire almost flat and battery down to point we could only go 1 mph. Called clubhouse from 11th fairway, said they'd bring a cart which never came. Play this one during the week if possible. Don't play on the weekend unless your ready for a 5 hour round. Great course but disappointing service from clubhouse and marshalls.
