Greens and Bunkers are in terrible shape. The condition of the course in relation to its price is very disappointing. I shouldn’t find better conditions at public courses, the back yards of the homes on the course were better taken care of. Layout of the course is great, and the idea is a lot of fun.

Course itself in good shape but greens are not good right now. Lots of weeds causing unpredictable rolls.
