Tee times were too close together. Was waiting 20 minutes behind multiple groups at the 18th hole. Don’t recommend this course.

Great price, but needs much course work and pace of play needs to be better inforced.

As I tell my friends about this course, you get what you pay for. I will say that the back nine greens were in much better shape than the front nine. IMO, if they could invest a decent amount into this course, it could be one of the best courses in the area. The bones are so good!

This was the worst course I have ever played on. And I have been plying for 20+ years. The course is not kept up. Grass not cut, ants everywhere. There were also groups of kids fishing and just walking the course. When I called to complain and ask for refund or any sort of compensation, the general manager Ray was very unprofessional. He refused to take any responsibility for the conditions of the course and discredited my complaint. I will not be going to this course again. Waste of money!

Middle of the fairway was just dirt and weeds on every hole. Terrible course conditions.

I would not recommend coming here. The staff were depressing, the clubhouse is a trailer, and the round cost as much as some of the much nicer courses in Dallas.

The fairway needs more care, so does the green.

Overall course in good shape. They need to let greens grow, especially with winter coming. Fairways need a little growth. But for the value, not bad!
