First time playing and it was good all around course

The course is fair condition, the bunkers are like you are at the Galveston beach filled with rocks and mud. The greens have to much sand and they put to much water so it's muddy on the green and fringe. Only play here if you are paying $31.99.

Very technical course. My game is not ready for this course. I lost a ton of balls. Great condition and facilities and clubhouse are fantastic.

Nice course, some open holes that are very gettable, and then some holes with tricky water shots that involve a lot of risk reward shots. Some tee boxes had grass taller than the rough, but other than that conditions were generally good. The greens were overall good, but some holes broke less than what you would expect. Also be prepared to skip the turn if it is busy at the clubhouse. Overall a very scenic course, would definitely play again.
