Greens have bare patches. Fairway grass is 2 inches tall and really sparse. Tee boxes are not well maintained. Putts roll decently straight, but shots onto the green do not bite at all. To be fair, the grounds crew was out there mowing as we were playing, but it should never get that bad in the first place. Pace of play was fast, unless you get caught behind a slow three man like we did, but that happens at any course. I gave it two stars because they are trying to fix it. Will never recommend.

There was ab three patches of grass.

I got a good deal and decided to risk it despite the bad reviews. I’m sorry that I did. The course was in absolutely dismal shape. There was standing water on at least 16 holes (even though it hadn’t rained in days). There wasn’t a shot where I didn’t have to clean mud off my ball beforehand. And there’s no sand in the carts so no divots got filled leaving you in crummy lies even if you didn’t find the standing water. It’s a decent layout but I said “never again” several times while playing.

Every single fairway was a rough that literally had thick grass, except the 18th hole. Waste of money.
