The course was in decent shape despite the extreme heat and dry weather. The fairways were hard and dry, giving drives plenty of Texas roll—often an extra 40–50 yards.
The greens were the highlight, rolling smoothly at a consistent speed. The heat made the round uncomfortable, but that’s difficult to fault given Houston’s recent weather.
For the price, the course offered decent value. With rain and cooler temperatures, conditions could improve significantly.

Greens have been recently redone and they are in great shape . The fairways are wide and forgiving . The pace of play is excellent in the afternoon . ( anytime after 3 pm)

Dont bother playing here unless you want to be treated like criminal. I was coming out of bathroom after the round and short white dude locked the back door and yelled at me to go out the other door. He should have said sorry i locked that door please use other door.
Horrible course too. Green, fairway, and rough are worse than sharpstown. Bunker is rocky.
