Fair, easier course for a great price! Drainage is a little tough, causing some puddles and ditches in awkward spots, but the condition of the course is pretty great other than those spots. Because it's public and great value, it can be a bit crowded, but the par 3s help spacing between groups. Overall, it is a solid public course.
