I played this course for the first time today, and thoroughly enjoyed the round. Not a long course, but with enough challenges created by trees, water, and granite to keep golfers on alert, especially from the tees. (One of the par-3 holes ate my lunch!)
The course is in terrific condition. The grounds-and-greens crew has done a great job; the only evidence of the dry Texas summer is that the waste-area rough is not so thick you automatically lose wayward balls.
I will definitely be making this course a regular place to play.
