No one on course, greens were completely fried with massive dirt spots on almost every single one. Pace was obviously quick but greens were in such poor shape, they were rolling slower than any Austin muny. Awesome land and course layout, could be one of the best courses in Texas if it was maintained properly. Not worth more than $50-60 for a tee time.

Fun course. Very challenging. Tee boxes were in gopd condition along with fairways and greens. Sand traps were well manicured. Snack house was convenient. Fairways just slightly narrow making you control your shot and use right club off tee box before dog leg turn. Carts were nice and had plenty of power. Greens were recently punched (tiny punch) not bad at all, slightly slower green. Cold water coolers every 3-4 holes. Would play again.

Greens in rough shape right now. Slow pace of play on a Friday. Tough to swallow for a $200 round.

Played on a weekday afternoon. Finished in 3 1/2 hours. Course was pretty empty. At $170 per round, you expect a lot better aesthetics and upkeep especially at a resort course. Played in early April.
Guys at the pro shop were very friendly.

Very nice layout. Greens and tee boxs are rough. Over priced but very fun course. I would say no more than 100 for price
