Best value in Dallas area, low monthly cost, free range balls, free par 3, great putting l, chipping areas, heavily discounted green fees, friendly staff… and much more…

Course was in terrible shape. Dirt and mulch all over the fairways on every hole. Tee boxes over grown and uneven. Greens were the only part of the course that seemed to be well kept. Pace of play was only saving grace.
